Main varieties: 304, 304L, 321, 321H, 316, 316L, 317L, 2205, 254SMo, 800H, 904L, etc. Production specification group pitch: seamless steel pipe Φ8x1~Φ720x50mm. Welded steel pipe Φ16*1~Φ3000x50mm. The annual production capacity is 25,000 tons.
The company has more advanced production equipment and complete testing equipment. The main production equipment includes: 5 sets of cold rolling mills, 8 sets of 25~350 ton cold drawing machines, 4 sets of Φ8~Φ426 straightening machines, CNC continuous roller bottom solid melting furnace, trolley type solid melting furnace, CNC folding machine Bending machines, 5 sets of automatic welding equipment, etc. The main testing equipment includes: eddy current flaw detector, ultrasonic flaw detector, complete set of X-ray flaw detection equipment, desktop spectrum analyzer, universal material testing machine, impact testing machine, hardness testing testing machine, intergranular corrosion test, hydraulic testing machine, etc.
